KS City VFW Loyalty Weekend Rally for America

Please bring your family to join in the celebration this Saturday April 29th

Rosedale Arch
Park Drive
Kansas City, KS 66103
Saturday April 29, 2017

Help us celebrate National Loyalty Weekend at the Rosedale Arch in KCK. Sport your patriotic attire and be ready to express your support for the founding principals of our great country.

Loyalty Day was established as a day set aside for the reaffirmation of loyalty to the United States of America and for the recognition of our heritage of American freedom & liberty.  It was officially recognized by the U.S. Congress on April 27, 1955, and made an official reoccurring holiday on July 18, 1958 (Public Law 85-529).

President Dwight D. Eisenhower proclaimed May 1, 1955, the first observance of Loyalty Day.  Loyalty Day has been recognized with an official proclamation every year by every president since its inception as a legal holiday in 1958.

The proclamation invites the people of the United States to observe Loyalty Day with appropriate ceremonies in schools and other suitable places.

On Saturday the 29th of April we will peaceably assemble for our Loyalty Weekend Rally on the South side of the Rosedale Memorial Arch (rain or shine). There is ample parking available at the Rosedale Middle School.

After the ceremony at the Arch we hope to hold a small march in Missouri from the VFW HQ to the grounds of the KCMO WWI Memorial. Bikers are welcome to parade over is support of our country.

For those of you wishing to organize your own Loyalty Weekend rally please send your event page link to me on twitter @Lisa4OR1st or Facebook Conservative Lisa  and I would be happy to list your event link on our Conservative Crew Rally Calendar page.
