During each of our 2 hour overpass sign waving rallies, we have reached about 20,000 cars with an estimate of nearly 30,000 individuals driving their vehicles under us at a rate of approximately 160 per minute, provided both sides of the overpass are displaying the colors and signage.
These commuters are generally not pleased with the job their local and federal government is doing to mitigate the traffic congestion. They are forced to waste their time sitting in traffic day after day, while their tax dollars go to enrich politicians in bed with the "Global Warming" conspirators.
By addressing this captive audience on your local overpass, you are targeting both a receptive and local demographic, many of whom pay little to no attention to the reasons why their livelihood has been compromised, since the current crop of political insiders began destroying or our prosperity about 6 years ago.
Solution: Fire your RINO or Democrat incumbent and replace them with a true term limit believing conservative citizen legislator like the endorsed members of the Conservative Crew. Believe it or not this can be accomplished without contributing oodles of money to overpaid, jaded campaign consultants.
1. Purchase a small tarp and contrasting colored duck tape to write your message.
2. Purchase an American Flag to wave on the overpass this is a universal sign of patriotism and support for our Constitution and will both attract the commuters' attention and lend support for your sign's message.
3. Invite your fellow conservatives and Conservative Crew Candidates to join you on the overpass.
4. Select an overpass with a wide sidewalk, easy nearby parking and lots of traffic both below and on the bridge if possible.
5. Research the law pertaining to such demonstrations. In Oregon I was told that people must be holding onto the banner and not have it attached to the overpass.
As you can see on the video, despite several inquiries, the Oregon Department of Transportation worker refused to direct me to the specific law that prevents us from exercising our 1st Amendment right:
- Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
